Science says sleeping in may help you live longer, especially if you don't sleep enough during the week.Lack of sleep can cause heart problems, obesity, or leave you anxious and depressed.But channeling your inner cat and sleeping too much can be just as bad for your health.The study looked at 43,880 people, asking them about their sleep habits and followed up 13 years later.
