U.S. Airline Tightens Rules on In-Flight Support Animals

Passengers on Delta planes will now need documentation that their support animals are healthy and well-behaved. The new rules come after a series of incidents with animals in the cabin. Delta adds it has seen an 84 percent increase in reported animal incidents since 2016. The airline however has created a Service Animal Support Desk to assist customers traveling with service and support animals.
