Supreme Court Favors Baker Who Refused The Business Of A Same-Sex Couple

In 2012, Christian baker Jack Phillips refused to bake a custom cake for same sex couple Charlie Craig and Dave Mullins. In response, the Colorado Civil Rights Commission ordered Phillips to undergo anti-discrimination training as well as "cease and desist" refusing custom cakes for same sex couples. According to Business Insider, the case went all the way to the Supreme Court. The vote was 7-2 in favor of Phillips.
