EPA's New Chief To Meet California Regulator

According to a report by Automotive News, California's top air-quality official will meet with the EPA's acting chief on Tuesday, the first meeting between two regulators who disagree over the Trump administration's plan to weaken automobile efficiency regulations. The chairman of the California Air Resources Board, Mary Nichols, said that acting EPA Administrator Andrew Wheeler reached out to state officials following his appointment.
